Who we are
Zhubuy is a small online store. Our website address is https://zhubuy.com, and you can reach us at hello@zhubuy.com.
What we collect and why
Orders. When you buy something, we collect the details needed to fulfil the order: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the items you ordered. We use this to process payment, ship your order, handle returns, and answer your questions.
Accounts. If you create an account, we store your name, email address and order history so you can check out faster and follow your orders.
Support conversations. If you contact us by email or through the support chat on this site, we keep the conversation so we can help you and improve our help pages.
Technical data. Like most websites, we receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Who we share data with
We share data only where it is needed to run the store: payment providers to take payment, carriers to deliver your order, and service providers that keep the website and our support tools running. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Support conversations are kept while they are useful for helping you. You can ask us to delete your personal data where the law allows it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@zhubuy.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for the shop to work — keeping items in your cart, remembering your session, and keeping your account signed in. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this page first.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
