Overview
We sell a small number of useful things and we stand behind them. If something you bought from Zhubuy is not right, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to ask for a return or an exchange.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary goods, perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@zhubuy.com with your order number and the reason for the return, or ask in the support chat on this site. We will confirm the return address and next steps by email. Please do not send items back before we confirm — we cannot accept unannounced returns.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If the item arrived defective, damaged, or was simply the wrong item, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is on you.

Need a different size or variant? Start it the same way — email hello@zhubuy.com within 30 days and we will sort it out.
Shipping (summary)
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are charged a flat $5.00 shipping fee, and shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination.
